well, now things seem to be almost back to normal, all the presents are unwrapped and the photos have been paraded around the relatives, I just wanted to send a long overdue thank you!
My hair got so many compliments and I felt like a princess all day. The morning was so relaxing and both mum and I felt like we were in the company of friends and it set the mood and tone for the rest of the day. I was so so happy with everything you did and it made such a difference having capable people who I knew I could trust completely.
There is a lovely photo of you fixing my veil in the mirror (although you can't see my hair!) and I've attached the low resolution file for you to have a peek.
Gwen, I really can't thank you enough for the care and attention you gave to my hair, the help that you gave fixing my dress before I left and the general amazing service that I got.

I just wanted to write to thank you from the heart for the miracles you worked on our hair on 9th October! My mum and Elinor were so pleased with their hair, and as for me, well all I can say is that you have an amazing gift: the photographer said she thought I looked like Ava Gardner! That's all down to you and Lynn, because as you know I'm lucky if I can drag a comb through my hair most of the time!
What made our morning even nicer was that you are such a kind, patient person. We really are so grateful to you for helping to make our day so special.
